The Universal 24 volt DC gear motor part number 605008-001, is an industry standard used in vending of many types of bulk merchandise.  Either four (4) or eight (8) of the Spiral Gear Motors can be connected to the CECB4 vending controller board & optional expansion board to create a low cost bulk merchandise vending machine.

The CECB4 Vending Controller Board & 2x20 back illuminated LCD loaded with version 2.23S firmware is the heart of the merchandise vending machine kit.  This vending controller is powered by a switching fully regulated 24 volt 5 amp power supply with 100~240 volts AC 50/60 hz.    Configure and manage the kit with our powerful VendaCom 5.XX management software system.

The standard 12 volt VLT style illuminated push buttons finish the complete kit ready to install in your metal cabinet.   You may use any suppliers bill acceptor or select from our bill acceptors and coin mechanisms.

Recently VENDAPIN has added "USB" capability to the Spiral Gear Motor.    Two of the Spiral Gear Motors can be connected to each USB VCB-2 Controller Board.   The VCB-2 USB Controller Board plugs into any XP PC that has USB capability.    A complete API allows programmers to interface their software program to dispense from either of the two (2) Spiral Gear Motors plugged into the VCB-2 USB Controller Board.   The combination of USB CTD-202 Card Dispensers powering the Spiral Gear Motors plus our USB bill acceptors make it very easy for a developer of a Kiosk for vending of items such as cards and bulky items such as CD's in jewel cases.   The price of the Spiral Gear Motor is very low compared to other types of dispensers.
