AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
It is imperative for customers to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM VENDAPIN PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM OR UNIT TO VENDAPIN. This includes warranty claims, items for repair, items received damaged, etc. Please read the following information carefully and make certain all concerned employees in your company understand and comply with this policy. Any item or unit sent to VENDAPIN which was NOT PREVIOUSLY authorized or does not comply with this stated policy will not be accepted at our VENDAPIN receiving department and will be refused or returned at YOUR EXPENSE. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact VENDAPIN. RETURN AUTHORIZATION & WARRANTY REQUESTS: In general, Return Authorizations & Warranty requests will be considered for the following only: 1. Warranty Items 2. Repair and Return Items (non-warranty parts, accessories, machines, etc) Repair warranty of units or parts after the initial one (1) year warranty is for 90 days. 3. Shipping Damaged Units 4. Other (Usually limited to items received in error) – Shipments of items returned for credit MUST include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. You may return for credit in the original packing subject to inspection within 30 days of receipt of any merchandise which you ordered in error or which upon receipt, you decided that you did not want to keep. However after 30 days there will be a 20% restocking fee incurred against the credit you may receive. Freight charges are not credited. PROCEDURES: Please call, e-mail (support@vendapin.com) or write to our Technical Service Department at (607) 844-8134 when a problem with the installation or use of an VENDAPIN product or unit is found. If the problem I diagnosed and cannot be adjusted at your location, a Return Authorization Number will be given to the affected part(s). The RA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please ship all merchandise PREPAID to: VENDAPIN L.L.C., 40 Elm Street, Dryden, New York USA 13053 Please note our policy as stated and published in VENDAPIN Operators Manuals and Catalogs. A copy of the invoice must be included with the unit being returned for service that is covered by the warranty or (ESW) Extended Service Warranty. No Merchandise will be accepted after 30 days from the date the RA Number is provided. |
