The 18th - 19th March 2009 ITEX Exhibition held in Las Vegas was the long awaited introduction of the model 5596XL and 5596SL Vending Payment System for the Samsung family of color and black/white MFP copiers.

Now it is possible for the Samsung Copier/Printer Dealer to offer to their customers a vending payment system for as low as $495.00 plus the cost of whatever vending accessories the customer may select.  Options are; bill acceptor, Ethernet or wireless e-Port credit card terminal, debit VendaCard terminal, and three different coin changers.

Samsung is the only MFP copier manufacturer in the world that can vend 2 prices for sending fax documents, plus 8 additional vend prices for color and black/white copies. Vending capability also includes duplex copies and network prints with the choice of either the VENDAPIN model 5596XL or 5596SL Payment Station.

Debit RFID MIFARE VendaCard Model 5896 Terminal
 
VENDAPIN LLC is releasing and will be shipping during the 4th quarter of 2009 the new Debit RFID VendaCard Payment System.  The new RFID VendaCard has an internal microprocessor and antenna.   This advanced RFID debit card payment technology will replace the current magnetic stripe debit VendaCard 5800 series terminals that were originally introduced in 1983 and produced by XCP Inc. until production ceased in 2001.

This 1st installation is at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York located in the heart of the beautiful finger lakes.  Cornell was the original site for the very 1st debit read-write magnetic VendaCard System installed in 1983.   These original VendaCard reader-writers and model 5500 series coin-op payment systems have operated continuously for over 25 years!   Once again...Cornell University is the 1st in the United States and Canada to bring this advanced technology to their campus with the introduction of the MIFARE Classic Cornell Debit VendaCard.

The advantage of the RID Debit VendaCard Payment System is that there are no moving parts to wear out or will require replacement.  The RFID VendaCard Payment System is virtually maintenance free!   The RFID card technology payment system is well proven in leading universities and libraries all over the world.

The RFID VendaCard product portfolio includes specific products that are the perfect solution for other applications such as; transportation, loyalty, road tolling, access management, photocopier food service debit vending and gaming.

RFID VendaCards can be ordered with the custom printing and logo.   Cost is slightly more expensive than magnetic stripe technology.  This is offset in the fact that the RFID VendaCard will function for over 100,000 read-write virtual trouble free transactions.

This custom designed vending machine is powered by VENDAPIN's CTD-HOP Patch Dispenser & powerful microprocessor VCB-1 VMC.

In an effort to reduce noise, air pollution and fuel costs, EnviroDock™ Inc., headquartered in White Plains, NY, was formed to produce an affordable, stand-alone portable heating, air conditioning and shore power time vending system to the transportation industry. The time vending system can be installed at truck stops, distribution centers and rest areas to allow drivers to comply with current and future anti-idling legislation requirements. Installation of the e-Dock time vending system will allow truck stop owners, fleet owners, and state and highway authorities to provide idling alternatives at their parking areas in compliance with recently-introduced anti-idling legislation.
