To provide some history...in 2007 we sold off the 32,000 square foot property at 40 Elm Street, Dryden, NY where the original XCP Inc. was located and where our VENDAPIN LLC resumed manufacturing in 2001 after purchasing back all of the inventory from the IRS and State of NY.

In 2007 we moved the VENDAPIN manufacturing operation to 21B Squires Street, Cortland, NY into what is called the "Empire Zone".  The Empire Zone is a tax shelter program for manufacturers to hire and expand their manufacturing operations in the State of New York.
