Technical Support & Assembly Process Engineer - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm answering incoming technical support calls of interfacing to copiers, computers, printers and other vending machine applications. Educational minimum requirement is; basic electronics and a high school diploma or G.E.D.  Requires inputting PC data on each customer account to a ACT database. Design electrical harnesses to adapt to Xerox, Canon, Sharp, Kyocera-Mita, Konica-Minolta, Ricoh, Samsung, etc., copiers and printers to interface to our vending products. Must be able to use a digital meter, oscilloscope, understand digital circuits and basic electronics, use an scope, multi-meter, read electronic and electrical schematics, repair incoming customer circuit boards, have a good mechanical aptitude, good telephone and letter writing skills, keyboard input with a QWERTY key stroke at no less than 30 WPM, assist in setting up and running a factory for assembly of electro-mechanical products, know how to use Excel, Word, Access and a basic CAD program.  Must be able to pass a basic electronics test administrated as part of the application for employment.

Must be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle for a small amount of travel of no more than 3 days a month for field service support of customers.  Write instruction manuals for installation of harnesses designed by you. Provide technical support for the sales representatives for installations. Must be able to take the negatives provided by customers and sales people who are having problems with short tempers. Being able to manage other employees will provide additional compensation. Starting wages are for 40 - 60 hours per week for an average of $35,000 - $50,000+ per year. Must reside within the 25 mile radius of Brooksville & be able to start work immediately!
