Assemble the console stand
with the back, base, back and two sides. Do not screw the top of
the top plate at this time.
Note, install the lower flat plate between the back panel and the two side panels and the bottom. Tighten all bolts. Note the openings for the hole is on the right side. The front panel is discarded. |

Route the power supply 2 wire
harness and the cables through the rectangle opening of the top part of
the console.

Assemble the parts on the new
front door assembly.
Note that a double set of washers spacers are placed between the card slide plates and the shelf. |

Screw the four M4 screws to
through the console top to the base of the 5004C.
Route the harnesses through the top spacer plate round opening. Then place the 5004C with attached top on the top of the spacer plate over the 3 side panels. Align the 6 studs so they pass through the top spacer plate. The top spacer plate has the T-handle lock bracket facing forward. |
